What is a pre-order?
You buy now a book that is still being made with the community. Your payment helps fund the production, and you receive the book when it is ready.
When will I receive the book?
The first copies are expected to ship in November 2027. If anything changes, we will tell every buyer by e-mail.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes: [[refund conditions and deadline]]. If the project does not go ahead, every buyer is refunded.
How do I access the audio?
After payment you receive a personal access code by e-mail. The book has a QR code and a link to the access page, where you sign in with your e-mail and that code. During the pre-order you can already listen to a sample.
Can I share my access?
Access is personal and linked to the buyer's name and e-mail. If we detect signs of sharing, the account is reviewed. This helps protect the community's work.
Is there online access without the book?
No. Access to the audio is included with every book and is not sold separately.
How much is shipping?

Who sells the books?
The Yawanawá people's partner organisation, [[Nome da ONG brasileira]], which receives the payments directly. The person who runs the website is a volunteer and receives nothing from sales.
Where does the money go?
After production, shipping, payment fees and website costs, all the money goes to the community. The numbers are on the transparency page.
Can I give a book to a school?
Yes. At checkout you can also donate a paperback copy to a school in Acre.
